The St. Brigid Cross Medal is crafted with sterling silver and measures 1/2". A Rhodium plated chain measuring 18" is included. This piece honors Ireland's second patron saint, St. Brigid, celebrated on her birthday, the first day of spring, February 1st (Lá Fhéile Bhride). She is also recognized as Muire na nGael or "Mary of the Gael," referred to as Our Lady of the Irish. The medal boasts a 5/8" diameter and comes in a deluxe box.
