Meet St. Therese of Lisieux!
St. Therese of Lisieux (October 1st)
Patron of: missionaries, HIV/AIDS sufferers, florists, gardeners, tuberculosis, loss of parents
St. Therese of Lisieux, lovingly known as "the little flower" is the author of the famous, "Story of a Soul." St. Therese is honored with the title Doctor of the Church, for her theological understanding of the "little way"- that God doesn't require great and heroic feats from us to get to heaven. We just have to trust Jesus, and do whatever tasks God has placed in front of us with great love, no matter how small.
Handcrafted from the softest plush, and standing at 10 inches tall this St. Therese of Lisieux plush is sure to become your little one's favorite companion!
Gorgeous embroidery details all down the front of her habit and face make this piece even more of a treasure. St. Therese is dressed in the traditional habit of the Discalced Carmelite order. The roses embroidered on the front are a traditional symbol for St. Therese of Lisieux.
St. Therese comes tagged with feast day and patronage information, ready for gifting (if you can manage to let her go!)
Plush material is surface washable. Each doll made lovingly by hand. Due to the handmade nature of the doll, some slight variation may occur.
